Choose 1 or more shares (100 sq ft each) at ৳4,00,000 per share in Dream Smith Chihno. Our application process requires basic KYC (NID, contact info, and nominee details).
Sign & secure
Upon approval, sign the notarized investment agreement on a judicial stamp. You will immediately receive a post-dated company bank cheque for your full ৳5,50,000 buy-back amount, securing your principal and return.
Track construction
Log in to your investor dashboard anytime to follow Chihno's build progress. We upload dated photo updates and phase reports month by month, directly from the site.
Receive your buy-back
At the end of the 36-month term, the company buys back your share for ৳5,50,000 as agreed. Alternatively, you hold the right of first refusal to purchase the flat outright at a preferential rate of ৳5,500/sq ft.
